This tournament is being held in honour of the late Mr Khawar Hyat Khan, who served as the Senior Executive Vice President from 2015 until his passing on 26th January 2024 ( during Senator Salim Saifullah Khan’s tenure).

The tournament has attracted more than 250 entries across seven different categories ( Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Ladies Singles, Boys 18 & under Singles, Boys 14 & under Singles, Boys 12 & Under Singles and Senior Doubles 50 & above), demonstrating the passion and dedication of tennis players from all over Pakistan.
