Champions One-Day Cup: revised schedule of teams’ training and media activities
Faisalabad, 7 September 2024:
The Champions One-Day Cup will be played at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad from 12-29 September. Five sides – Dolphins (mentored by Sarfaraz Ahmed), Lions (mentored by Waqar Younis), Panthers (mentored by Saqlain Mushtaq), Stallions (mentored by Shoaib Malik) and Wolves (mentored by Misbah-ul-Haq) will feature in the event that will be played on a single-league basis with three playoffs and the final.
The following is the revised information about the teams’ training and media opportunities from 8-11 September:

Revised schedule of teams’ training and media opportunities:
8 September
Lions and Panthers will play a warm-up match at the Jawad Sports Complex Ground with the first ball to be bowled at 9am. This will be a vision only opportunity.
Dolphins will train the Bohranwali Ground from 2pm onwards. This will be a vision only opportunity.
Wolves will train at the Iqbal Stadium from 2pm onwards. Beforehand, one player is expected to be available for brief stand-up media interviews.
Stallions will train at the Iqbal Stadium from 7pm onwards. This will be a vision only opportunity.
9 September
Dolphins and Wolves will play a warm-up match at the Jawad Sports Complex Ground with the first ball to be bowled at 9am. This will be a vision only opportunity.
Lions will train at the Iqbal Stadium from 2pm. Beforehand, one player is expected to be available for brief stand-up media interviews.
Panthers and Stallions will train at the Iqbal Stadium from 7pm onwards. This will be a vision only opportunity.
10 September
Stallions will play an intra-squad practice match at the Jawad Sports Complex with the first ball to be bowled at 9am. This will be a vision only opportunity.
Panthers and Wolves will train at the Iqbal Stadium from 2pm onwards. Beforehand, one player from either side is expected to be available for the brief stand-up interviews.
Dolphins & Lions will train at the Iqbal Stadium from 7pm onwards. This will be a vision only opportunity.
11 September
Stallions and Lions will train at the Iqbal Stadium from 2pm onwards while Panthers and Wolves will train at the same venue from 7pm onwards. These will be vision only opportunities.
Dolphins will train at the Jawad Sports Complex Ground from 2pm onwards. This will be vision only opportunity.
At 1.30pm at the Iqbal Stadium, the five captains will participate in a photoshoot with the trophy, which will be followed by the captains’ pre-series media conference at the Iqbal Stadium. The presser is expected to live-streamed and as per normal process, the PCB will share the link beforehand.
