ITF – PTF Wheelchair Tennis Development Initiative Coaching Camps

Under the Auspices of Pakistan Tennis Federation and under the Umberella of ITF Wheelchair Tennis department program, the weekly Wheelchair Tennis Coaching Camps are progressing at Peshawar Sports Complex and KPT Sports Complex Karachi.
Peshawar Wheelchair Tennis camp is being organized by Khyber pakhtunkhwa Tennis Association which has short listed 10 physically impaired athletes for this 2nd phase of Camp which shall continue till mid October.
PTF has sent four more Tennis rackets and grips .( four rackets and balls were already sent to them before 1st phase in June this year.)
Umer Ayaz Vice president KP Tennis Association is coordinating the Camp.

In Karachi it was 3rd Coaching session at KPT Sports Complex on Saturday 29th September. 28 physically impaired athletes rom Kimari, Baldia and Liyari attended the Camp.
Salman Karim Mughal and Waseem Baloch coordinated the session.
Rehmani Vice president PTF informed that during the
the Camp we also have organized two tournaments namely Union Club Rahber Eagle Star Wheelchair Tennis championships and KC Jinko Solar National Wheelchair Tennis Championship.which were open to all impaired athletes.
One more tournament shall also be held at Peshawar in October.
Moreover as already announced Wheelchair Tennis Coaching Camps shall also be held at Hyderabad , Mirpurkhas and Lahore in coming months.
It is pertinent to mention that PTF covers the convayance of all athletes in the camps and fee of Coaching. We have already sent wheelchairs , & Rackets at all vanues.
